This notice is issued pursuant to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) enacted by the Parliament of India. It explains how Datun Health Private Limited processes your personal data, your rights as a Data Principal, and how to exercise those rights.

Under the DPDP Act, Datun Health Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary — the entity that determines the purpose and means of processing your personal data. As a platform handling health-related information, we implement enhanced safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process.

Under Chapter III of the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the following enforceable rights:
📋Right to Access (Section 11)
You may request a summary of your personal data being processed by us, along with the identities of all Data Processors and Data Fiduciaries with whom your data has been shared.
✏️Right to Correction & Erasure (Section 12)
You may request correction of inaccurate or misleading personal data, completion of incomplete data, updating of outdated data, or complete erasure of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
🔕Right to Withdraw Consent (Section 6(6))
You may withdraw consent for any or all purposes at any time. Upon withdrawal, we will cease processing the relevant data. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
📢Right to Grievance Redressal (Section 13)
You may raise a grievance with our Data Protection Officer. If unsatisfied with our response within 30 days, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
👤Right to Nominate (Section 14)
You may nominate another individual to exercise your data rights in the event of your death or incapacity. Nomination can be submitted in writing to our Data Protection Officer.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@datunai.com with the subject line "DPDP Rights Request". Include your registered email address and the specific right(s) you wish to exercise. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and fulfil valid requests within 30 days.

If unsatisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India as constituted under Section 18 of the DPDP Act, 2023.
